People, WLB, tech, perks – anything.
There are no downsides at Chegg from my experience.
The interview process was: * Short HR call * Two technical interviews: the first with LeetCode questions and the second with system design. * HR interview * Recommendation by two managers.
A hour and a half internet exam. Some of the questions were technological, and the others were general. The technological questions included OOP, RESTful, and some pseudocode algorithmic-thinking questions. The overall process was positive.
Started with an introduction call and scheduled a video interview with two technical people shortly after the call. After the video interview, I never heard back from anyone at the company (almost two weeks ago).
