Standard interview process:

1. Phone screen with recruiter
2. 1-hour JavaScript algorithm coding interview. As far as coding interviews go, this one was pretty simple and straightforward.
3. Loop that consisted of:
   • Behavioral interview with hiring manager
   • UI React coding/debugging interview
   • Algorithm coding interview
   • System Design interview

The final loop was great, and all the interview questions were relevant to the job description, except for the system design interview. I was asked how I would design the architecture for the backend systems, and I was pretty thrown off. It didn't seem relevant to the role at all, and they should have changed the job description to "fullstack" if they wanted someone with more backend knowledge.
