Pros: Really challenging technical problems to solve, with a great purpose.
Cons: Expensive city to live and work without compensation. Upper management doesn't have an Engineering degree and tries to act like an engineer.
Ex-Amazon people join Chewy and they seem really angry and aggressive towards other employees.
