I received a call from a recruiter after applying for the position with Chewy. It was a 15-minute call, and during that time, the interviewer made it seem like I had made it to the second round of interviews (there are three interviews, and from what I was told, it sounds a lot like interviewing at Amazon).
A few days later, I got a message that they weren’t moving forward with my application.
Why make it seem like I got to the second round of interviews and then just send me a canned message that says I wasn’t chosen for the role?
Seems like a bad way to do business, in my opinion.
