Software Engineer Interview Experience - Boston, Massachusetts

Process

The interview process began with a basic HR screen, followed by a 1-hour interview featuring a medium LeetCode question. This was then followed by four 1-hour interviews: one with a director, a debugging interview, a system design interview, and another medium LeetCode question.

It seems there is no such thing as work-life balance here. When I asked each interviewer how often they work over 8 hours a day, the answer was always very ambiguous.

This was a big waste of time. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times for feedback and to move on to the next steps or schedule the next round. Instead of doing their job, they ultimately ghosted me. The recruiter's name was G. Watson. I do not recommend anyone going through this process.
