Pros: Great Benefits Competitive Pay Dogs in the Office WFH Nice RSU Incentives

Cons: Lots of "paperwork" involved in shipping code and deploying it to production (change requests), and too many approvals required. Many hires during the pandemic were not the best quality given the grade they were hired at. Performance management getting too detailed and involved. It did not seem to be effective at addressing the above point. Political divides creating tension and driving a wedge between coworkers. These may also be affecting promotion and hiring decisions. Towards the end, I spent more time answering questions from engineers 2 levels above than getting my own work done.

Pros: You will get to learn a lot.

Cons: Work-life balance would be affected.

Pros: - Solid benefits - Great team and support

Cons: There aren't any cons so far.
