Incredibly inconsistent experience.
Recruiter set me up with a team I would not be able to work with due to time difference.
Interviewers were not consistent in how they interviewed. Three of the five were good.
One coding interview: the interviewer sat there quietly while his roommate watched from around the corner of his doorframe, offering no input, unlike the first coding interview which was treated as pair programming.
Debugging interview: done in CoderPad, which has zero debugging capabilities. The interviewer was far too hands-on, would not stop adding code, asked me to look elsewhere, and kept breaking my concentration.
