The second interview is one-on-one with a Software Engineer who asks you some more general questions and then attempts to give you an assessment.
Unfortunately, the interviewer spoke very poor English, and I couldn’t understand most of what they were saying. You are also not allowed to look up any syntax information for the language, even though you will undoubtedly need built-in data structures and accessor methods. You are told syntax doesn’t matter, but you will be critiqued if it isn’t accurate.
