Software Engineer Interview Experience - Plantation, Florida

Process

The first interview is a basic phone screen to gauge your general programming background and strengths.

The second interview is one-on-one with a Software Engineer who asks you some more general questions and then attempts to give you an assessment.

Unfortunately, the interviewer spoke very poor English, and I couldn’t understand most of what they were saying. You are also not allowed to look up any syntax information for the language, even though you will undoubtedly need built-in data structures and accessor methods. You are told syntax doesn’t matter, but you will be critiqued if it isn’t accurate.

Questions

From what I could understand, design a system like Twitter where specific users can post tweets.
