The interview process consisted of four stages:
Recruiter Phone Call: A brief initial call where, if the recruiter deems you suitable, they will send you a link to complete a Java fundamentals quiz.
Java Quiz: This timed quiz had 10-12 questions and lasted 10 minutes. Upon completion, you would see your pass or fail results. The recruiter contacted me, likely the day after I passed the quiz, to schedule a 1-hour coding interview with a software engineer.
Coding Interview: A 1-hour Zoom interview conducted on HackerRank. The question involved easy-difficulty string manipulation. The interview began with introductions, followed by the coding challenge, and concluded with a Q&A session. The engineer provided positive feedback and endorsed my progression to the final stage.
Power/Panel Day: This involved four 1-hour back-to-back interviews covering Coding/Algorithm, System Design, Behavioral, and Debugging/Technical Q&A. The coding problem during that round was of medium difficulty and a common problem found on LeetCode.
Java Quiz
1-hour interview: Easy problem (String)
Panel Day: LC Medium, System Design medium difficulty
