Process
The team was very professional, and the energy in the building was high. I arrived early to ensure I could find the office and parking. Since I was early, I parked in a temporary spot for 45 minutes before pulling into a paid parking spot.
Much to my surprise, I had left my car lights on for the first time in my life and drained the battery. After asking the coffee shop manager not to tow me, I went to the office.
When I met the recruiter in your office, she was incredibly helpful. They took it upon themselves to assist me while I was in the interview. They called AAA and helped get my Jeep running by the time I finished my panel interview.
I was so impressed with the 'go above and beyond' values that I could clearly see reflected in the company. I truly appreciated the help, and it was a complete delight to make my child care pickup on time.

You are locked into whatever you negotiated initially without an opportunity to excel and get promoted or a raise. Ran into some managers more interested in climbing the corporate ladder than producing results.
