Pros: Chewy overpays candidates in order to compete with other companies with better cultures.

Cons: It appears that senior managers and directors consider the overpayment of employees as a justification to perpetuate a toxic culture. Given our business, it is astonishing how poor our ratings are across Indeed, Glassdoor, etc. Customers aren't terribly happy about our business model. Employees aren't terribly happy about our culture. I hate throwing a team under the bus, but our technical recruitment team is the worst I have ever worked with. They are difficult to deal with, and they overrun the entire hiring process. It is extremely difficult to build an effective team and an effective organization based on the way they approach recruitment.

Pros: I have loved working here.

Cons: Lots of reorganizations happening quite often.

Pros: Good pay, a well-structured learning environment, lots of support, and the opportunity to prove yourself.

Cons: Don't get the best feedback.
