Process
An initial screening about Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), followed by a phone screening. Then, technical and behavioral interviews back to back. Nothing too crazy, it's pretty standard practice. The technical question was on the harder side of a LeetCode Easy.
In my opinion, the behavioral aspect matters more than the technical.
