I love the work I do, the impact it has, and the people I work with.
Every day is new, innovative, and challenging, and we're moving fast!
There are ample amounts of learning opportunities to build your skillset and beef up your resume.
Above all, Customer Service is top-notch and the core of the company.
I am invigorated coming into work every day and working on business problems that ultimately help our customers (both internal and external).
It is refreshing to work for a company that aligns with my personal morals and values.
Pay is very competitive.
Unlimited PTO.
Dogs at work.
Happy Hours.
Nitro Cold Brew on Tap? Yes, please.
Work hard and have fun!
If I have to be picky, I'd like to see a more competitive match to 401k, but I'm grateful there is one. Also, structure and policy are a bit loose, but I see this as a great way of being part of a company that is continuing rapid growth. There are many growth areas, and this allows for flexibility in your work to make an impact and align it with evolving business objectives. We have the opportunity to be leaders in all aspects of our work, and top-down support has been amazing.
Keep going! #ThinkBig
