There are countless corn for this company. I left a FAANG and moved to Chewy, but things are so chaotic. There is zero work-life balance. The director keeps interfering in your work and consumes most of your time. The team hardly talks, and there is fear of the director. He hardly does hi, hello, or small talk in 1:1s. Leaving FAANG is one of the worst decisions I ever made to work under this bunch of fools and jokers.
