Chewy as a whole is doing very well. It can be nice to have dogs in the office depending on the owner. I enjoy my manager.

There isn't a set structure of growth, though remember it's still a growing company, and they will iron these out with the public watching now.
Not everyone gets equity. You can have 10 years of experience and still not get equity. I'm not sure how their HR group tracks equal pay, but my friend's wife applied, and she was offered a significantly lower amount than me with equal experience.
