Chewy

Chewy as a whole is doing very well. It can be nice to have dogs in the office depending on the owner. I enjoy my manager.

I feel bad putting things in this box because it'll overwhelm the fact that there are good things there too. However, I've heard awful reviews on the CEO and how he treats individuals below him.

There isn't a set structure of growth, though remember it's still a growing company, and they will iron these out with the public watching now.

Not everyone gets equity. You can have 10 years of experience and still not get equity. I'm not sure how their HR group tracks equal pay, but my friend's wife applied, and she was offered a significantly lower amount than me with equal experience.

Growing fast is great, but don't forget to slow down and remember what matters to your employees and direct reports. They are customers too.
