Favoritism, hypocrisy, toxic culture; literally nobody knows what's going on. All upper management is just trying to figure things out, so it runs like the equivalent of a PlaySkool kitchen. Things change from day to day with zero communication. Promotions are rigged, and the few good leaders they have are quickly burnt out by picking up slack from the bad ones.
Invest in your technicians and give them tools to succeed. Hire good managers, and get rid of the bad ones. Promote internally. And stop trying to be Amazon. A good portion of higher-ups come from Amazon, and it really shows (and that's not a compliment). Just do better.
