Aggressive, show-off management style. Pretending to be Amazon. Everything green on paper, red in reality.
Top and middle tech management consists almost exclusively of folks with offshore, no pushback engineering culture. Deeply hierarchical, slow, many errors, pretending to be fast-paced and top-notch.
In engineering terms, 5 years behind. The Florida office is driving decisions. Testing and CI/CD are unknown terms. Agile is not really practiced. Source control is a mess.
