Chewy is well known for its customer service, and it is well deserved. The people there are genuinely positive and encouraging, starting with customer service reps and extending to others in the company. Customers really love Chewy, and with that, the company has witnessed very high levels of customer adoption over the past couple of years. This level of adoption has caused a strain on the system, and in the past, there have been challenges faced with maintaining the legacy system. With those challenges comes the opportunity to be creative and solve problems. There is no shortage of extremely talented and intelligent people within the company willing to take on those challenges, and I'm thankful to have the opportunity to work with such people. Generally, I find that leaders in the company are very open to listening to ideas to improve things. With many of the changes leadership has put in place, many past challenges are not much of an issue any longer. New challenges continue to crop up as the system continues to grow at a rapid rate, and the company continues to grow its list of offerings to customers. If you like being in an environment where there is constant work and virtually unlimited opportunities to learn and grow your career, then this is an environment that you may like.
Teams are continually reorganizing themselves.
