I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks.

Recruiter reached out. The process was done mostly virtually. Initial interview to offer took about 2-3 weeks. My process looked like this:

• Initial tech screen
• Interviews that followed had an LC medium question, system design, behavioral, and a code critique over Zoom
• A "Sell" meeting onsite with the team lead and recruiter

Got an offer and I needed time to make a good decision on fit. I was transparent with when I would be able to make a decision to my recruiter, and I felt like that part was respected very well. I felt like they showed a ton of empathy and understand these decisions are hugely impactful to an IC's career trajectory.
