Strong cloud deployment infrastructure means I can spin up a beta in the cloud for realistic testing.
Pleasant office environment.
Free food: salad bar Mon-Thu and hot lunch on Fridays. Breakfast every day. And beer on tap.
Solid leadership at all levels.
Clio Cloud Conference.
Cons: Let's face it, the Ruby on Rails / Angular JS technology stack is not for everyone.
Parts of the application are getting old. You are working with legacy code.
Legal software doesn't get the pulse racing.
