(Healthy) conflict isn't common enough, and I think we'd be better if we had more of it.
Changes to benefits are slow, and some of the things I have hoped for during my time here have taken a long time to realize (e.g., flexible vacation, sabbatical policy).
I think there is a ton of experience and understanding locked away in our managers and tech leaders, but we're not doing enough to enable sharing that in a way that is levelling up more of the org. If we find ways to scale that better, I think we'll do bigger and greater things.

There were multiple interviews, ranging from a quick chat to a technical interview. The technical interview required the implementation of a small project and was observed by a technical employee.
The interview process was well organized and efficient. The interviewers asked many great questions outside the box and showed that they want to know more about the candidate beyond technical knowledge boundaries.
