I love the company. I see myself here in the next 5 years. Why? Clio is the first company where it embraces diversity and inclusivity, creating a welcoming atmosphere for employees from all backgrounds. I have worked in tech companies before, and they do, but Clio goes beyond.
Like every company out there, Clio is a for-profit company, which means there are deadlines you need to meet and work hard towards them. But that being said, work-life balance is essential, ensuring employees have the flexibility to manage their personal and professional lives effectively.
The work environment is no-ego, with highly skilled, passionate, and helpful coworkers. I feel comfortable asking the most naive questions.
The biggest struggle I see is resource allocation. We do not have enough resources to meet our goals and reduce bottlenecks.
We have a solid culture here at Clio. Let's preserve the culture and not bleed into another company culture.
Decent coding exercise where you are allowed to Google. A system design question, which seems a bit extreme for an entry-level role. They want you to go into a lot of depth, so make sure you can explain every choice you make.
Had a call with the recruiter, and then the second round was technical. One coding interview (LeetCode easy) and system design. Overall, they were friendly. Didn't make it past the technical rounds. Be sure to use time wisely in technical rounds.
First, there was an Online Assessment (very simple and easy), followed by a 30-minute call with a recruiter. The next stage was a one-hour technical interview on an easy LeetCode-style question. Lastly, there was a 30-minute cultural interview.
