Pros

Interesting work, great people within teams.

Cons
  • Learning can never be for the sake of learning; it always has to benefit the company somehow.
  • Our CEO has been pushing employees to leave reviews on Glassdoor to help with hiring, which is why you see the sudden outpour of feedback from Managers and up here.
  • You have to drink the Clio Kool-Aid to succeed.
  • Benefits and compensation for ICs are mediocre compared to the work we are expected to output.
Advice to Management

Sending gift boxes to director-level employees to thank them for their work, but not to IC-level employees, is so out of touch. Directors and above are already compensated very well for their work. You'd think it would benefit company morale more to show that level of appreciation to your IC-level employees, who make up the majority of your workforce but earn less than a third of a director's salary.
