The interview process was pretty standard; however, the final on-site interview was much more intense than expected.

There was a large emphasis on customer support skills. Technical ability is a plus, but without the customer support skills, you'll find it hard to make it past the phone screen.

Technical questions were geared towards knowledge of:

• SQL queries
• Linux OS/command line
• Linux (bash) scripting
• Java application troubleshooting

Bonus points if you have coding skills/knowledge and can demonstrate them.

Be prepared for a final on-site interview that will last about 6 hours. Analytical and troubleshooting skills will be heavily tested, so talk out loud with your interviewer and make sure they understand your line of thinking and how you're approaching a problem.
