The interview process started with a contact from a recruiter, Xavier Sidatt. He is one of the best recruiters I have worked with. He first got to know my experience and then scheduled the corresponding phone interview. After that, I was flown to Austin for an onsite interview. An offer was given within a week after that. The whole process was smooth.
