One phone interview plus six onsite.
The phone interview was just a discussion of past projects.
The onsite consisted of:
Overall, the company's atmosphere appeared lifeless and dull.
The first interviewer was full of arrogance. She gave me five minutes to ask questions, and I asked one. She said, "Okay, we've utilized just three minutes, so for the remaining two minutes, I want to ask you one more question." I thought, "Is this real?" This individual showed no respect for people interviewing at her company.
The second interviewer was even more of an idiot. For a full forty-five minutes (and I'm not kidding), he asked me which was more important: "Design review or code review?" It was like asking which is more important, "an apple" or "an orange." This was the only question for the entire forty-five minutes. I realized what I was dealing with but never lost my cool and kept the interviewer engaged.
The rest of the interviews were coding. Interestingly, they asked me the same question for the onsite that they asked during the phone interview. This indicates they don't even read resumes or previous interviewer feedback.
I would not recommend anyone to interview with them, as it was a wild ride for me.
LeetCode, DS... nothing difficult. Just look at old Glassdoor questions. They do not even know more questions to ask and will probably ask you the same ones.
