Process
I completed an online coding challenge and was contacted by the recruiter for a first interview.
After clearing the first interview, the recruiter asked for my availability for a second interview.
I never heard back for about a month, despite sending numerous emails.
It has now been one month since my second interview, and I still haven't heard back.
This has been a very poor recruiting process. The recruiter is unresponsive.
