Pros: Additional PTO days for engineering that do not come off your PTO days. It's usually around 10 additional days a year that are announced at the start of the year. Usually Friday or Monday. Food and coffee in the office (lunch on Wednesday and Monday, plus snacks every day) are free. You can work in the office, remotely, or hybrid. Salary is overall good, and working overtime (like on holidays) pays a nice bonus. Work-life balance is super good here. The company actually has a "team budget". Every team has around 70 dollars per person to spend on team-building events every quarter.

Cons: It is hard to see forward into the company's future since too many things are happening at once, which affects transparency to some extent.
