I received a call from Cloudera's HR, and the person spoke in a really insulting and condescending tone. It seems like you're so busy training your data models that you've forgotten to train your own HR staff.
Cloudera HR has a lot of attitude and very little knowledge about the industry interview process. This reflects on the company and its culture.
It seems like a red flag.

Why work in HR if you can't even answer questions about the role or the interview process?
