The interview was disorganized. The interviewer seemed more interested in talking about what they had done in previous jobs than listening to what I had to say.
They insisted on coding in Java, despite my resume clearly indicating no Java experience. The interviewer also frequently interrupted while I was coming up with solutions to the coding challenge and constantly changed the problem's scope and input parameters.
I'm not sure if this was a one-off, but it was a terrible way to interview candidates.
