It used to be good, but it's gotten very bad
- Good work-from-home policies
- Opportunity to work on open-source projects
- Good people
- Management doesn't listen to employees.
- Overloaded managers lead multiple teams, with a total of 20-30 people.
- Constant firefighting.
- Slow progress because of bad resource management.
- More and more, it looks like developers are in trenches. They lack the understanding of the full effect of changes, and they don't really care because their manager wants X.
