Cloudera products are great, and working in Support lets you work with a range of components. It will give you a wide range of learning and technical experience.
Culture is good, and compensation is pretty decent.
There are bottlenecks for switching roles, and not really a conducive atmosphere to try different roles within the company.
Please be more active and engage more with your subordinates.
Also, focus on encouraging employees to try different roles.
