From a Support point of view:

  • Fix shift timing (no rotation)
  • Great work timing (queue and backlog hours)
  • Multiple resources to learn (Udemy, Oreilly, CloudGuru, internal Cloudera platforms, etc.)
Cons

Nothing which I encountered in my tenure.

Advice to Management

Please do not make too many management changes frequently.
