The company changes the roles very frequently for Front Line Support, trying rotations in roles or making people taste different positions. This is most of the time good, but here these changes are likely not addressed or managed with a proper protocol or targets to reach. The metrics are very square.
Try to sort better the different new projects or components the COEs need to handle.
