I joined this organization in Jan 2021. I've been with so many global companies so far, but Cloudera is the best. There is so much focus on people's well-being, respect for the individual, work-life balance, and transparency.
It's an extremely wonderful organization to work for. This is the best time to be at Cloudera.
The company is on a growth path.
Many people think that going private will change the company, but I thoroughly believe this is for a longer growth perspective, and they will go public again, bouncing back even stronger.
KKR investors are smart folks who know how to turn companies around.
