It's been 6 months since I joined Cloudera, and I'm having a great time here. Cloudera truly cares about its employees, going above and beyond in ensuring that the employees are having a holistic time professionally and personally. The management is transparent, and company-wide town halls happen every month.
There is no dearth of technical scope, with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully.
Coming from a startup, I don't see any cons in the way Cloudera functions at this point.
Keep continuing the good work. Employee perks are great, and please keep continuing the unplug days.
I had 4 interviews altogether. An HR interview, an online coding and technical assessment, a system design interview, and one managerial interview. The technical interviews were held in English. Interviewers were nice and helpful.
