Some people (especially managers) don't realize this is not a startup anymore.
Moving fast and breaking things, or working without a real system ("my manager told me to fix this and that" is not a system), may have worked earlier, but not anymore.
For the love of God, hire a few managers who have at least heard about agile processes.
