The merger is done, and management did a good job with this hard and complex project. We even had outside advisors to help the project.

Management is strict and hard but knows their job, which we can see in the numbers and yearly growth. The downside is they do not ask for much feedback these days.
I feel with all the manpower, tech knowledge, and product, we have the best chance to be the biggest cloud provider in that sector, and it's a good feeling to be part of this.
We lost some experts in the merge, but I think it is normal. With some reorganization, there is always a chance that someone will not fit or will decide they want to part ways. In the end, this is a new entity/company.
But we gained a ton of other expertise and know-how from Hortonworks, so this was a good and necessary trade.
Just make sure that you keep up the vibe and attitude. Also, I know you are busy with your job and making the plan come alive, but it is also important to do good marketing and have a good name around the company.
