A very interesting journey at Cloudera. I love the culture: openness, collaboration, and work-life balance. The company was famous as a Hadoop company, but is now transitioning to a hybrid cloud company. There are a lot of things to learn, making it a good place to learn.
Less competitive compensation.
Many changes recently.
