Additional PTO days for engineering that do not come off your PTO days. It's usually around 10 additional days a year that are announced at the start of the year. Usually Friday or Monday.

Salary is overall good, and working overtime (like on holidays) pays a nice bonus.

The company actually has a "team budget". Every team has around 70 dollars per person to spend on team-building events every quarter.
It is hard to see forward into the company's future since too many things are happening at once, which affects transparency to some extent.
