- Distributed teams are normal; you won't feel marginalized if you telecommute.
- If you're a developer and love open source, this company is a perfect fit.
An uptick in bureaucratic overhead associated with increased company size.
As the company grows, there is pressure to add more procedure and bureaucracy. Some of it may be necessary, much of it won't be and detracts from the startup vibe.
