Very incompetent low-level management creates a toxic environment for employees. They have good work to be done, but the good people won't hang around for long in an environment that fosters lone wolves instead of teamwork.

Instead of working on making the company more appealing, the company patrols reviews on Glassdoor, trying to weed out negative reviews. Maybe that talent would be best used building some new feature into the products or providing better service to customers?
