I joined Cloudera about 2 years ago when I had offers from many big names in the Valley as well and haven't regretted my decision.
Lots of technical challenges to work on and courageous management to make big calls and make it happen. Every morning I feel excited coming to work and make things move forward.
A unicorn, not just for the sake of it, but with solid and growing revenues and visionary leadership.
Currently understaffed, but it is hard to find great talent. The good part is that the company is holding a high bar for hiring.
