It's been great
Work culture is fantastic. I have worked here for over 2 years and I get to work on cool, open source technologies. What's best is that I get to contribute to the direction of the company by helping in evaluating new tools and technologies that we want to bring in as a part of our distribution in the long run – and I am still an engineer, writing code every day.
We have an unlimited vacation policy. I know some people who haven't taken much vacation, but I personally take ~3 weeks of vacation a year.
