In engineering, the scope is broad, and there are many opportunities for responsibility, including working in open source, presenting at conferences, and occasionally interacting with customers big and small directly. Not only is the technical team world-class (many PhDs/ABDs), but the folks also have strong communication skills, public personalities, and are dedicated to getting it done.
