A good place to learn about distributed systems and how to deal with a massive amount of data
- Great people to work with.
- The tech stack is pretty compelling. You have the option to deep dive into almost anything that is related to distributed systems/data, not to mention working on open-source products.
- You can't have a better office location in Budapest.
- Teams are independent and can follow their own processes.
- Remote/hybrid work.
- Additional PTO days, "unplug" days when the whole company is taking some rest.
- Due to previous mergers and direction changes, it can sometimes be a bit chaotic.
- The learning curve can be very steep.
- Too many products to support; engineers have to juggle between many priorities.
