Pros

Personally, I believe that this company has good compensation. Also, it's a flexible job; you can work from home when needed. There are opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

Currently, I feel there is a bit of a lack of direction, but probably because of the merge. There are many things you have to learn quickly and on your own. This can be challenging when you're trying to focus, but also having the pressure of handling the daily work tasks.

Advice to Management
  • Give your employees time to learn.
  • Maintain your employees informed about incoming changes.
  • Invest in more formal training; sometimes documentation is not clear enough.
