Flexible, decent salary, lots of good people. Despite its problems, it still can be a step up from the average software company, depending where you are.
Chaos is emerging. There are no new annual equity packages, and something bogus replaced it. Total income will decline.
The future seems a bit cloudy, and a lot of key people have already left. It does not feel like a top-notch company anymore.
