Good team, can contribute to open source Apache projects.
After being bought by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and KKR, we obviously don't get any new stock plans but get some "stock option" kind of thing. This will only match my current salary if the value of the company rises 4-5 times in the next few years. Management is optimistic, but it's hard to believe them.
If there is no stock, then the base salary needs to be increased significantly.
