Process
I received a message on LinkedIn from an employee saying how impressive they found my profile. During the interview, I noticed a child being homeschooled next to him. He joined five minutes late and rudely hinted at me turning my camera off as it was distracting.
He literally asked just three questions and determined that I was not a good fit. He didn't want to waste my time and, without further questions, hung up bluntly.
How rude was that interview! If you were having a hard day managing work and kids, you should rather take leave than disappoint interviewees. They too spend a lot of time preparing for this auspicious call that you just rudely hung up on.
